KABC | August 08, 2013

EL SERENO, LOS ANGELES — Two people were caught on camera shooting a man on a bicycle in El Sereno, and police are hoping the public can help find the gunmen.

The shooting happened July 30 on the 5200 block of Templeton Street. Detectives say the victim was riding his bike around 5:30 p.m. when two people in a tan Toyota 4Runner stopped.

Both the driver and the passenger ran out and shot at him several times. The victim was injured, but he was able to get away.

Detectives believe the shooting could be gang related. They are hoping someone recognizes the suspects.
