ORANGE — Police are asking for help in their search for a gang member charged with raping a 9-year-old girl and threatening to kill her 15-year-old sister.
Ernesto Parraguirre, 20, of Anaheim crawled through the victim’s bedroom window on Sept. 16 and raped the 9-year-old in her bed, according to police.
The victim’s cries woke her 15-year-old sister who Parraguirre threatened to kill if she said anything.
The girl’s parents were asleep in the next room.
Parraguirre, a documented member of a hispanic street gang, then fled the scene.
Police describe Parraguirre as 5′6″, 160 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.
He drives a green 1996 Honda Civic with California license plate #3SRL033.
If convicted Parraguirre faces 25 years to life in prison.

First off it doesn’t matter what gang he is from, because all gangs are shit. We need to have these areas of high gang traffic taken over by marshall law and weed them out. If they are illegals send them back to mexico and spend life in jail there or give them the death penalty here. Not all mexicans are bad but if they are illegal they don’t belong here. Any crime committed is wrong doesn’t matter their skin color. I pray that little girl gets the help she will need to live as normal of a life as she can live and i hope that sick fuc k gets the death penalty. As for the gangs, lets gut them and take back our cities for our families and kids.
