Timothy E. Rawlings Jr is a 24-year-old former quarterback for Parkville High School and the father of a 3-year-old boy. He’s also a leader of the 92 Family Swans, an subset of the Bloods gang, and he ordered a fellow member ki*led because he thought he was gay.
