David Afanador and Tyrane Isaac are expected to surrender and answer an indictment for assault and official misconduct for the alleged caught-on-tape attack against 16-year-old Kahreem Tribble, according to multiple sources.

“These police officers think they’re above the law,” said the victim’s lawyer, Amy Rameau. “Nobody is above the law.”

“His parents and I want to see them prosecuted to the full extent of the law.”

A disturbing video made public last month shows the cops as they catch up to Tribble after a short foot chase on a Crown Heights street Aug. 29. When the teen surrenders, Isaac is seen throwing a haymaker at the boy’s face before Afanador joins in, whipping his head with a drawn pistol.

The teen suffered broken teeth, swelling and mouth injuries.

“I can’t believe that people we pay to protect us will treat our children this way,” said the boy’s mother, Keturah Tribble, 42. “I just want justice for my son.”
