An admitted member of The Lakeshore Boys gang was charged with aggravated murder and felonious assault in connection with the shootings of two Collinwood teens.

Demarco Millsap, 18, was held in Cuyahoga County Jail on $1.5 million bond in connection with the Nov. 7 shooting of Brandon Young, 17, and his half-brother, Shaquille Perry, 16. The two were shot on East 186th Street and St. Clair Avenue.

Young died Thursday morning.

Millsap noted his gang membership in his profile on an Internet social networking site, police Lt. Thomas Stacho said.

There were four people in the car involved in the shooting. Police said they are still seeking the other people involved. Friends and family members of the victims said the Lakeshore Boys is a gang that operates out of Collinwood and Euclid.

Young was a student of the school of Architecture and Design at John Hay High School and was planning on going to college to become a pharmacist.
