A 39-year-old Hispanic man was found dead in his car August 24. South Los Angeles residents called police after they heard shots around 11:30 on Monday night in the 9500 block of Bandera Street.

When patrol officers arrived they found Efrain Olmos in the driver’s seat of his car with the motor running. He had been shot several times. Anyone with information should contact Southeast Division detectives at (213) 485-4341.
