Former LAPD officer and NAVY reserve Christopher Dorner is wanted for multiple killings. He is believed to have killed one police officer, injuring two others Thursday morning in Riverside, California. Dorner is also accused of killing two civilians Monica Quan and Keith Lawrence. Kwan is the daughter former LAPD captain Randal Quan, who became a lawyer in retirement and represented Donner in front of the Board of Rights, a tribunal that ruled against Donner at the time of his dismissal.

He has published a “Manifesto” that outlines his grievances against the LAPD, police culture and what he calls corruption within the department.

His truck was found burned out on Thursday afternoon in Big Bear.

Two women delivering newspapers in Torrance were shot in the manhunt for Dorner because she drove a similar vehicle on Thursday morning. The women were shot on the 19500 block of Redbeam Avenue, one shot in the hand and the other shot in the back, according to Jesse Escochea, who captured video of the victims being treated.
