A Los Angeles County sheriff’s sergeant pleaded not guilty this morning to sexually blankaulting a woman and inappropriately searching two others while on duty last year, prosecutors said.

Mark Fitzpatrick, 39, allegedly blankaulted the women during traffic stops in Compton and threatened one with arrest or deportation during one incident.

Fitzpatrick allegedly left messages on one of the women’s home phones — a single mother from Downey in her early 30s — asking to see her again, according to recordings obtained by The Times.

“I just want to call and tell you good night,” the caller says in one message, recorded hours after the alleged blankault.

The sergeant – who has served about two decades with the Sheriff’s Department – will face five felony charges, including penetration under threat to arrest or deport, sexual battery by restraint and three counts of false imprisonment by fraud and deceit, said Deputy Dist. Atty. Natalie Adomian.

Fitzpatrick is free on $245,000 bail.
