Mongrel Mob

Mongrel Mob

Mongrel Mob is one of the older gangs in New Zealand and actually predates the first formation of Bloods and Crips in the country. Since the have worn red, that have become associated as Bloods. The original Mongrel Mob look more like American motorcycle gangs and that’s where their early influence came from.

The younger generation of Mongel Mob have picked up the black gang culture emulating Blood and Crip appearances. This newer trend has been influenced by popular culture, the Los Angeles influence on local Samoans, as well as the success of the Boo-Yaa T.R.I.B.E., a hip-hop group affiliated with gang during the 1980s based in Carson, California, adjacent to South Los Angeles.

    Mana Wahine Says:

Why do you fight amoung yourselves? (MM and BP) you are all Maori’s and you seem to be killing of each other which seems quiet pathetic and pointless. Maori people need to concentrate on educating your people and being united as a collective and cohesive nation instead of putting all that negative energy into destoring one another. And why do Maori people have a high reputation of molesting young children. This is a proven and edvident fact which occurs in almost every Maori household. Why are the majority of Maori people in prisons and leave their young ones to roam the streets.

Why are the majority of Maori people, OUR PEOPLE drug addicts or in gangs or in jail or molesting and killing our young generation? Why not put your energy you have into educating each other and fighting the government? You all seem to have mana, but is directed into the wrong direction.

Firstly it starts with good parenting. Our people need to EDUCATE THEMSELVES INSTEAD OF CREATING THESE GANGS GOING NO WHERE BUT JAIL… OR EVEN WORSE , DEAD. OUR PEOPLE, OUR FUTURE GENERATION. MANA WAHINE.
