New LAPD Chief William Bratton visits a South LA church with Councilman Nate Holden and emphasizes his commitment to the community and that his policing tactics would be firm but fair to the overall community. At a press conference he answers question about his new role as LAPD chief. Streetgangs was present at this event and the clip to the right is Bratton answering Alonso's question about the effectiveness of focusing on graffiti in Los Angeles.
