1. Bounty Hunters: Are they out of control? 2001
Bounty Hunters pursue fugitives and bail jumpers, but some view these chasers as out of control. Bounty Hunter’s rules are examined and whether they cross the line and abuse the rules is discussed. Bounty Hunters are not regulated some and have more leeway to pursue suspects. New laws are discussed to keep bounty hunters more accountable for their actions, especially if they make mistakes. See several bounty hunters in New York try to catch some of the most elusive suspects. Running time: 44 minutes

2. Shooting at Century Club kills one, July 9, 2001 One person was shot and killed after Killer Priest concert and a Wu Tang Clan performance at the Century Club. An argument began outside the club among club goers and a shooting occurred and 26-year old Tony Galloway was killed outside the club. Two other men and one woman were also shot.

3. LAPD Blues & the Rampart Scandal, 2001
The LAPD Rampart scandal, the hip-hop coastal wars that resulted in Tupac and Biggie killed, Death Row records, and the LAPD’s role in several crimes are discussed. Rafael Perez is the central character in this story. The shooting of LAPD officer Kevin Gaines by another cop Frank Lyga is discussed. Both were in plain cloths and began a serious controversy. The LA Street Gangs wars were discussed, the LA Riots, Rodney King, and Reginald Denny are linked to the more recent problems of the LAPD. Several interviews are included with Frank Lyga, Russ Poole, Daryl Gates and Bernard Parks.

5. Kevin Pullum attempts an escape from LA County Jail
Kevin Pullum escaped from LA County jail on 7-6-01 but gets apprehended in skid row just a few miles away 17 days later. He used an ID with a photo of Eddie Murphy and he is a 3 strike felon. Also former LAPD officer Rafael Perez is scheduled to be released after a 5 year sentence but he may be recharged on federal charges.

A Judge Perry releases Perez, but an appeals panel disagrees. They want Perez to serve more time. His attorney McKenston makes a statement.
