Thing you got to understand Texas ain't like Cali. There's not the racially-connected gang violence in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, etc. like you see in the Los Angeles metro area. There's a lot less racial tension in Texas between blacks and Mexicans in comparison to Southern California. I'm sure there's racial tension in Texas prisons, but it doesn't seep out into the streets like you see in Southern Cali. Plus, gangbanging in Texas ain't nowhere as deep as in Southern Cali. I hope it stays that way.
