First Rollin 0's Crip set in LA
bgcasper asked which was the first Rollin O set in LA and I would have to say it would be between the 60s and the 30s. They are both old sets. The Rollin 30s Harlem Crips were Harlem Godfathers before there were Crips in the early 1970s, maybe even as far back as 1970. The 60s been there for a long time too but they came out after the W/S Crip was established on the westside. WS Crip was out in 1971 or 1972, but I dont know when the 60s put it down first.

Re: First Rollin 0's Crip set in LA
Harlem 1969
West Side Crips 1971
Harlem Godfather Crisp 1973
Rollin 60 Crips 1974/75
Rollin 30 Harlem Crips came next...
The 30's got their title Rollin' 30' while in YA, people would hit them up and ask them where they were from, and they would tell them harlem. and they would ask where at, and they would answer in the 30's.
Although Harlem is an old set, just about every authenic Gee will tell you the 60s were the first to use rollin' and rich rollin... the 100's is not a set, its a car. It consist of many sets located South of century. They came up with that name in the gang module on the 80's.

Re: First Rollin 0's Crip set in LA
Yea I agree now they function!!! but that is more of a new type situation I honestly think my hood is 1 the main reason they clicked up Im not saying that not hard or they scared of us or no shit like that I remember when we really didnt beef with 100's too hard but like around 99, 2000 shit just started poppin off and also they beef with boovas is a big part too but I know u remember not too long ago when the raymonds had beef with ug's and blocks and thr 1e115's always hated the watergates shit the 1e115's didnt even get along with 90's and they both n-hoods but around 2001 it all changed and I agree they pretty much squashed all that shit and they ride together now Im just saying its still some new generation shit
Re: First Rollin 0's Crip set in LA
The Rollin 100 Alliance started in 1986 in the L.A County Jail Crip Module over the Hoovers.
Hoover Killas United.
It had nothing to do with Bloods.
Plus, these sets are Blocks away from eachother, grew up with eachother, attended Henry Clay & Washington High together and fought the Hoovers & Gardena niggas together.
115 & Watergates were tight for years, there hoods overlap eachother, they played Little League Baseball together as kids at Holly Park on 120th street & Van Ness.

Re: First Rollin 0's Crip set in LA
I actually remember seing 120 nhrc a couple times but this was like 12 years ago but only for a minute I dont think it was ever official I know somebody gotta remember that shit But shit the best thing u could do is ask an actually nigga from raymond most outsiders get shit twisted but I know for fact that right now they only bang raymond
Re: First Rollin 0's Crip set in LA
I remember that shit cuz I was at a houseparty on 120th and Vermont about 10-11 years ago, and I met everybody from Raymond, the 102's, the 120's, and the Pasadena's were in the house & if my memory don't fail me, some of them niggas were tellin' me they were neighborhoods, I think it was the 120's who were tellin' me that, and when I was on this website before about 4 years ago, some of the Raymond's online HERE ON THIS SITE were claimin' the NH card, while the other Raymond's banged the Tray card....

Re: First Rollin 0's Crip set in LA
Yeah, the Raymond's only bang Raymond now, cuz I haven't heard of them online or out here in traffic bangin' NH or 3.

Re: First Rollin 0's Crip set in LA
Yeah pasadena still bang trey but the 120 dont claim nh but they did for a minute
Re: First Rollin 0's Crip set in LA
Yeah, I thought it had to be the pasadenas cuz the 120's are closer to the 111 NH's, so I'm pretty sure they were bumpin' into eachother in traffic and what not
gekapone wrote:Yeah pasadena still bang trey but the 120 dont claim nh but they did for a minute
Re: First Rollin 0's Crip set in LA
I mean the 120's are closer to the 111's GEOGRAPHICALLY, like right down the street from eachother, but then again, so are the Inglewood Raymond 102's, but yeah, I don't mean to confuse anybody, if it's the Pasadena Raymonds, then so be it.

so 40s crip is an offshoot of 30s crip, how did they end up warring with each other a few years back, how come theyre nh and not ohc, and how did they end up being closer to the sixties than the thirties. if anyone could answer those questions it would be appreciated.

offshoots war with the original gangs all the time...the fact that they broke away maybe a sign of underlying issues.plus sometimes the original feels they still control inpart the area or the membership of the offshoot and that creates conflict.offshoots are usually close demographicly and gangs war with there neighbors so escalating conflicts can be a regular.the 40's demographicly are just probably closer to the 60's than the harlems are and when it comes to allies its usually small gangs together or smaller gangs with bigger gangs but its hard to keep two large gangs together such as the 60's and 30's.these are just theories but only they know the real reasons...you got to ask one of them.cliffard wrote:so 40s crip is an offshoot of 30s crip, how did they end up warring with each other a few years back, how come theyre nh and not ohc, and how did they end up being closer to the sixties than the thirties. if anyone could answer those questions it would be appreciated.

the 40's demographicly are just probably closer to the 60's than the harlems
negative...
how come theyre nh and not ohc
The 40 Aves, hince 30 Aves.. they were meant to be an expansion, it just so happens the 40 made them appear as another gang. The 40 Aves aren't Neighborhood Crips, but the 40's east of the Avenues are NHC's..
and how did they end up being closer to the sixties than the thirties.
30's and 40's went to Crenshaw High School together.. and the 60s historically hung out in the 40's/46 area, a few lived over there. And because most of them are NHC's they fall under the same umberella/alliance where as some 30's were aligned with the Trays/Gangsters and 52 Hoovers- that would be the major reason why someone would think they are closer than the Harlems but Harlems and 60's have a deep history on the streets and in prison..
