Ok, I just checked with "2" sources and they both told me that POZOLE
is made with "both" beef and pork. Not one of the other but "both" . . .
Beef is the main meat ingredient and just a bit of pork is added for taste
thelil' bit of pork is mainly ~~> the feet part and that's about it, but then
that part is taken out before is served ~~> unless of course you wanna eat it.
