Jose "Youngster" Zapien from Sotel 13

Youngster was just sentenced to 95 years for killing 2 people during a shooting in Santa Monica in 2007.

I heard they suspect that fool in like up to 10 shootings, I dont think the law is done with this kid. He looks like a freakin maniac...lol
