Erskine "Mad Dog" Jones (1954 - 2016)

Erskine "Mad Dog" Jones (1954-2016) died last year from health related complications. I never had a chance to meet him, but was invited to the funeral, but my sister was getting married on the same day out of town so I couldnt make it. I heard all the OGs was at his funeral. A bit disappointed I couldn't make it, but he was an Original Crip and his two younger brother were 107 Hoovers, that is Frank "Moo Moo" Jones (1960-1985) and Andre "Ani" Jones (1962-1979). There were alot of Hoovers that came to the funeral too.

He was one of the nine men initially arrested for the killing of Robert Ballou, according to the book: Black Los Angeles: American Dreams and Racial Realities.

Mad dog and big moo are legends that most of us never met.the Hz in LA be sendin us group pics of the originals
