January 5, 2008 - Who Killed Mr. Orr?
If the Crips did not kille Mr. N. J. Orr, a white 52 year old trucker that was visiting his "negro" friend Art Malone who live on Figueroa and 109th Street, then who did kill him. The Figueroa Boys, the Denver Lanes, or maybe the Crips did do it?

Re: January 5, 2008 - What Gang Killed Mr. Orr?
the only way that someone can get charged for this murder from 37 years ago would be through DNA, but I doubt that they have any evidence linking this killing to a specific person. Plus I wasnt asking which person killed Orr, but what gang. Was it the Crips, Figueroa Boys, the Denver Lanes, etc. ?????????dubts wrote:i'm assuming this is still an open case....

i'm assuming you already know the answer to this since its a "Trivia" question, i HIGHLY doubt the out of town wanabe's on here will be able to tell you who killed some random white dude 37 years ago in LA

Re: January 5, 2008 - Who Killed Mr. Orr?
this is a question that I dont have the answer to. This happened before Robert Ballou Jr., Lil Country, and Craig Craddock were killed. Its possible that the Crips had nothing to do with it. I think it was either the Denver Lanes or Figueroa Boys. They were active in 1972 & 1973. One of those neighborhoods killed Lil Chocolate from the Hoover Groovers in 72 or 73.

to bad the article doesn't describe how the gang members were dressed. That would help, since black gangs in those days identified by hats, jackets, gloves etc.
I'm gonna say DL. They were one of the harder early gang.
