The Outlaws is the same as the Hells Angels. The Black Disciple Nation is a gang. We're talking about power(through wealth, politics, business etc.), not strength in numbers.

Both the Outlaws and Hells Angels are motorcycle clubs heavily involved in organized crime. You're just saying this because the Outlaws are rivals.
