What are the click "HV" and "GV" stand for in 18th Street.

I know a guy who is from 18 St...I thought I remembered him mentioning some clique called Grand View Locos or maybe just Grand View...so GV could mean that...where were the pics taken?

you are correct GV is Grand View Locos, and the HV i think is for the Hoover clique of the same gang.

i know you said thaat 18 usually hit up a hood if they tryna set up shop, but I don't think that's always true, I see mexican hoods sometimes hit up hoods that aint theres, like I was in Eagle Rock by Highland Parque, and Sanfer x3 818 was hit up at this Tommy's when them fools way in the valley.

Hoover Locos, I know this one guy suspect from HooverLocos and hes with the business........HooverLocos are hella active all up and down Hoover St. I personally know the Hoover Locos that been on 82nd, 81st and 83rd......they are HELLA DEEP on Hoover and 82nd!

Those are SC18ST LPS/LGS/WLS............they just happen to be on Hoover and 82/83rd.........

Hoover Locos are inthe Washington/Hoover St Area, North of the Santa Monica Freeway, Rampart, Pico Union/Mid City Area.....
