Carver Park Compton Crips in Willowbrook [CPCC] is a predominately African-American gang based just north of the city of Compton on the border in Willowbrook. They were formed around 1970 as the Carver Park Boys going back to the days when they functioned with the youth in the Nickerson Gardens.
