Palmer Blocc Compton Crips [PBCC, E/S PBCC] are a predominately African-American street gang located on the eastside of Compton and they are among one of the oldest Crip gangs in Compton going back to the mid 1970s.
They are named for the street, Palmer, that goes through the central part of their territory and the main clicks of their neighborhood are the 300 Blocc, 900 Blocc, and 1300 Blocc Crips.
