115 Neighborhood Crips [115 NHC] are a predominately African-American street gang partially located in the City of Hawthorne and Unincorporated Los Angeles County. Although small in geographic size, it’s turf falls into two jurisdictions just west of Los Angeles Southwest College and adjacent to the 111 Neighborhood Crips and the Imperial Village Crips.
They are part of the Neighborhood Crips and Rollin 100s Crips alliances. They are actually among the first Neighborhood Crips sets on the westside forming in 1973.
