The 69 Neighborhood East Coast Crips [69ECC, 69 Shacc Boys, 69 NH ECC, Shacc Gang] are a predominately African-American street gang located on the Eastside of South Los Angeles. They are among one of the oldest Crip gangs, being founded during the early 1970s when they were simply known as Shack Boys.
They are part of the “Six Pac” of group of four East Coast Crips sets that also include the Six Deuce (62), Six Six (66) and Six Eight (68) East Coast Crips.
They are part of the East Coast Crips and Neighborhood Crips alliances
