Lincoln Heights (LHTS) is a predominately Mexican-American street gang located in the neighborhood with the same name in northeast Los Angeles, California. The Lincoln Heights neighborhood is among one of Los Angeles’ oldest communities, dating back to the early 1800s. The neighborhood was formed off the banks of the Los Angeles River and grew to the east. The street gang, LHTS, formed between 1910 and 1920 making it one of the oldest active gangs in Los Angeles.
LHTS gang is located in the western section of the Lincoln Heights neighborhood, occupying the area from North Broadway (S) to Daly (w) to Avenue 26 (w), to Humboldt (w) up north to about Avenue 33 (n). The turf to the east is difficult to explain by using street names, but it is roughly east to Griffin Avenue (e) but there is a small section that extends further east down Johnston, Clifton, and Thomas Streets.

The cliques of LHTS include, Parkside Locos (PSL), 28th Ave, Thomas Street, Workman Street and Sichel Street (SSS). To the south of LHTS, south of North Broadway, is the gang East Side Clover (ESC) and to the south east of LHTS, east of Johnston Street, are the East Lake Locos (EL). Also to the east of Johnston Street, north of ESL, are the Happy Valley Rifa (HVR) gang. All these gangs are located in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood. To the north of LHTS, are the Avenues gang, which is in the Montecito area of Los Angeles.
