Choppers 12 [C12, C Doce] are a predominately Latino street gang located in the City of Commerce in the area near Bandini Park. This is the second varrio for Choppers 12 as their original neighborhood is on the Bristow Park side in East Los Angeles / Commerce.
This second Choppers are was once claimed by Varrio Bandini Midgets, but in about 2013, as that gang was fading away, a few of the last remaining members decided to change their identity to Choppers 12 and create a second side to the neighborhood.
