      Anywhere from 23rd and higher is good. Wouldnt recomend 21st. They mostly stay at around 19, harbor, summit and canal.

      I remember in the ’90s or early 2000s I can’t remember it was so long ago, that they put up a mini Police department right there on Santa Fe avenue and disbanded West side longos and told them they were not allowed to be seen over there in that neighborhood or they’d be arrested and they vanished. I remember Straw, Lil man, Stryker and Snyper, Solo etc. All were cool with me. Many were murdered. I always had hope that Little Man would live a long life. He was the coolest to me and one of the cutest. No we were never in a relationship or anything like that, just he was cool!!
