Cali Swag District member murdered in Inglewood

M-Bone of Cali Swag District is to the far right.
Cali Swag District are a hip-hop group famous for their 2010 hit, “Teach Me How to Dougie,” a reference to a Texas based dance that the District made internationally known.
Talbert was shot twice in the head on the 400 block of North La Brea Avenue when someone pointed a gun out a car window and fired multiple shots. M-Bone was stopped in front of the Airport Liquor Store at 420 North La Brea Avenue when another car pulled up beside him and fired multiple shots at about 10:30 p.m.
Group publicist Greg Miller told the Los Angeles Times that the shooting was completely random and that M-Bone was not involved in any criminal activity. The location where M-bone was shot is not in a gang territory and not known for gang conflict.
Inglewood Police are not saying if the shooting was random, or if Talbert was targeted, but TMZ is reporting that the shooting may have been the result of an ongoing argument M-bone was having online via a social networking site.
The group were working on their first album and were signed to Capitol Records. They released a remix that featured Jermaine Dupri, B.o.B, Bow Wow and Red Cafe, and their debut album, The Kickback, was slated later this year.
Two years ago this month, rapper Roderick “Dolla” Burton was shot and killed in Los Angeles by hip-hop promoter Aubrey Berry of Atlanta. In 2010 Berry was acquitted when a jury found the shooting to be done in self defense.

The police should be investigating this murder in the same way they are all over the beating of Brian Stow, but he is white therefore the media, tv, papers and radio love him more.
