      First of all none of those lil cliques are in the El Sereno turf except for Lowell. Metro went at it with Sereno for 1 summer of 2015 and that’s the only time they succeeded with a couple murders. For someone talkin as square as u are with no credentials or correct information you should ish the f up and not speak up on street life or a hood that you’re not a part of and know nothing about.

    True, Lowell and Rose Hills did go at it with them in the 90’s and Rose Hills today still continues to go at it with Esr. Kaw13 is a gang on the eastside of el sereno, by the ranch market, off poplar. They only got a couple streets though.

    The only hoods really going at it with Sereno are the 18’s and the Metro’s… Rose Hills aint doin’ ish, well atleast they haven’t for a while. Lowell st. has been taken over by Sereno, the Guardia Locos are all up and down that block. I haven’t even heard of “KAW” doin’ ish lately. The Highlands are just tagging up ish then they go in to hiding. So really it’s Sereno, es18, and Metro going at it. And if you haven’t seen the news lately, Sereno gettin’ they rep up.     In the mid 80s a crew who went by the name of Partners in Crime> PIC < was recruiting only down MFs at El Sereno jr.High. PIC had members join Sereno Locke street Chicos and those members had PICs back.PIC was growing big and were disliked on by TNP Tagging n Public who later became Guardia Street. TNP crossed out Sereno and put PIC and things got crazy. PIC member's were then asked by The Sereno Locke st chicos to join them . Some did some didn't and the ones who did join the chicos still had PIC members back's. Old members of PIC included Jose Blacky, Joey Big Bullet, Lionel Sniper, Robert Boy, Rico nd more.
