Alleged motorcycle gang member held in slaying

Authorities in San Bernardino County arrested a 32-year-old man Thursday in connection with a 2003 cold case murder.

David Beltran, an alleged member of the Vagos motorcycle gang, is being held without bail at West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga, said San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Det. Greg Myler.

He is accused of killing Dennis Daoussis of Fontana. Officials said that witnesses who originally refused to talk after the slaying became more comfortable in talking as time elapsed.
