Richard Lloyd “Boo Roc 2” Brewer Jr., RIP

Richard Lloyd “Big Boo Roc 2” Brewer Jr., 17 (Dec 5, 1982 – Jul 25, 2000) was fatally shot on the parking lot roof of the Fox Hills Mall during a shoot out between rival gang members in Culver City. When the shooting occurred, two plain cloths Culver City police officers started firing their weapons. Also killed was Ernest E. Dabbs (Sep 1, 1979 – Jul 25, 2000). Three men in total were shot, two killed, one by officer gun fire.
