When Kelsey Harris testified on Wednesday December 14, 2022 she surprised prosecutor Kathy Ta and decided to evoke her 5th amendment right to self incrimination. In this clip, Kelly Harris describes leaving Kailey Jenner’s house and what was going on in the car with herself, Jaquon Davis, Megan Thee Stallion and Tory Lanez. After the first argument, Jaquon Davis pulled the car over and parked near a bus stop on Sunset Blvd in Los Angeles.
